Major renovation project which included roof replacement, HVAC upgrade, sprinkler system, ADA compliance upgrades, MEP engineering, and complete aesthetic refresh for the front exterior entrance patio, lobby, ballroom, restrooms and a meeting room. We provided technical drawings, multiple design scheme options, selections & specifications of wallcoverings, flooring, fixtures, counters, and lighting.
