We provided a completely new look for this community clubhouse restrooms/showers with modernized/sensored Fixtures, Showers Expanded for ADA Accessibility and Privacy, Updated Lighting and Accessories and custom wall vanities.

We designed fully tiled walls in a light gray stone look porcelain for a spa-like feel. We used minimalist gray stone look porcelain tiles for the floors that also provided appropriate slip resistance for the high trafficked pool restrooms.  Because of the dramatic pitching of the floor, “envelope cuts” were designed for the floor tile to allow water to slope to drains where intended and allowed us to continue the large format design and avoid the use of smaller mosaics.
