Provided recommendations, renderings and construction documents for siding and trim replacement, and addition of architectural accents.
Recommendation included replacement of cedar plank siding with Hardie Board fiber cement siding. We developed 3 color schemes, suggestsd placement for the 7 different building types, and recommendations for accent paint colors and exterior lighting.
