Complete redesign of the on-site Cafe space at the Prologis JFK Logistics office facility. Objectives were to provide a fresh, open plan with a modern industrial chic feel with configurable seating for 45, order area, back of house kitchen and large storage area. Scope of work included overall plan, kitchen specifications, lighting, FF&E selections and custom millwork design. White and light gray palate is accented with pops of apple green and warm walnut wood. A custom mural of a vintage 1950s aerial shot of Idlewild Airport (now JFK Airport) is an impactful feature wall. It provides amazing visual perspective for the dining area while also paying homage to the site’s adjacency to JFK airport.
