Provided recommendations, renderings and construction documents for siding and trim replacement, and addition of architectural accents.
Recommendation included replacement of T1-11 wood siding with premium vinyl siding.
We developed 6 Color Schemes and suggested placement in the 23 courts of the community. Design provided cohesive look with the existing Shakewood roof, fascia/rakes/trim brown, garage door almond and the multiple (12) existing brick face colors. We also provided accent paint color option for each color scheme
